Completed Education Project List:
Umatilla-Morrow Head Start - A new construction build of a single story bus barn, totaling 5,200 sq ft for Umatilla-Morrow Head Start. Completed 2020.
Hermiston Eagles Head Start - A remodel of the existing Eagles Lodge turned head start. Completed 2021.
Eastern Oregon University; Ackerman Hall - A remodel of two labs, which included new doors, windows, walls, and flooring. Completed 2022.
Dayville School District - A remodel of existing school which includes new bathrooms, roof, ADA, site work, plumbing, and electrical. Completed 2020.
Active & Upcoming Educational Project List:
Baker City Cafeteria & HVAC Repairs - A new construction build of a cafeteria attached to previous gym, totaling 6000 sq ft. This will also include full HVAC material replacement/upgrades. Expected completion date of 2024.
Wallowa School Bond - This project includes several site updates, one of which being a 5000 sq ft addition that will encompass a community fitness room, public restrooms, an elevator to access the high school, a complete HVAC upgrade to replace the boiler, and complete electrical service change. Expected completion date of 2024.
Prairie City Bates Building - Remodel of Existing Vacant Bates Building totaling 7,000 sq ft for Prairie City School District. The remodel will include adding new offices, classrooms and restrooms. Expected completion date of 2023.
